Missing your collection?
- Use the same sign-in method and account.
Choose the sign-in method you used before. A different account starts with its own collection.
- Check your account page.
Your sign-in email and PokeDrop account reference help you recognize the right account. They are not recovery codes.
- Return to My collection.
Saved reward choices and receiving-wallet links return when you sign in to the same account. Reservation timers continue while you are away.
I forgot my PokeDrop password
Open the PokeDrop sign-in screen and choose Forgot password. Auth0 sends the reset message for email/password accounts. Use that same email login afterward; signing up with a different method can create a separate collection.
After recovering access, review Active sign-ins in Your account and end any sessions you no longer use. Return with the same email login to keep your collection. Resetting a password does not recover an external wallet.

Return to ChatGPT pilot sign-in ↗Recover access to that account through ChatGPT first, then return here. PokeDrop cannot reset a ChatGPT password or transfer your collection to a different login.
I can’t access my wallet
Your PokeDrop login and your wallet are separate. Signing in does not recover a wallet. You can link a new receiving address while signed in; payouts already accepted keep their original recipient.
The last action timed out
Sign back in and check My collection before trying again. A request can be saved even when its response does not reach your phone. Nothing is retried automatically during sign-in.
